Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was a performer at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with honors) in Theatre and Communications. When she moved between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she took part in theater arts. This included acting as well as conducting more than 20 musicals. Some of these productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. While continuing to study the art of improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television and film. Her distinct voice and diminutive stature has allowed her to take on a wide variety of colorful characters. She is known for her performance as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the part of the villainous Samara on The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized as the bubbly bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly was a paralegal during the day and a party night hopper as a Series Regular in The TV Land sitcom The Exes. Alyssa Mio's sassy sexpert, Little Sister was Kelly's main part on ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW featured her as the stressed-out suburban mother. Soprano was her voice for several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. She was most recently seen on NBC's cult comedy Superstore as the sluggish, however charming Cloud 9 worker. She is married with two young kids and has a peaceful house. She enjoys writing, sew and volunteer in the schools.
